Sally Teixiera has a unique connection with feet! She is a British reflexologist and reiki master living in Rio de Janeiro and she is honoured to carry on the worldwide sharing of the Language of the Feet and Universal Reflexology, passed on to her by the internationally renowned reflexology author and visionary, Chris Stormer-Fryer.Her workshops in the Language of the Feet and Universal Reflexology, take you on a journey of self discovery. The feet are our soul's messengers. It is through our soles, we can see, feel and intuit the physical, emotional and spiritual well being of an individual. Everything you see on the feet has a message to share with you, about you. T he colour, temperature, shape of the toes, condition of the nails and unusual markings are a reflection of yourself just now and the impressions of your past that you are carrying with you. The Language of the Feet can be used in conjunction with reflexology but it also stands alone as an insightful tool into an individual's well being.
Universal Reflexology and the Healing Journey
1, 2 & 3 Day Workshops
Take reflexology one step further and discover the deeply powerful, light touch techniques that focus on the emotional and spiritual aspects of healing through the feet. Its light touch tunes into the body's energy and chakra system and healing is assisted on an emotional and spiritual level as well as the physical. It incorporates colour visualizations and affirmations to focus the intent and meaning of each touch and is often felt to be a positively transformative process.
Reiki & QV Energy
Levels I-IV Workshops
Step into the healing of the Universal life force energy energy of Reiki. Become attuned to and learn how to use it for healing yourself and others. QV energy is for Reiki Master/teacher levels. It is a high vibration and fast working energy that clears deeply held emotional blockages and trauma.

I feel my world has been changed by doing the course and have already noticed some positive changes... such as my local radio station calling me yesterday and asking if I would go live on air to talk about Reflexology... which I did very nervously this morning. Not an entirely fabulous experience but I did it and I am proud I did. So yes, the channelling message about spreading the light has touched a chord already...
