Life is a constant flow of change and as we move through our life’s journey there are going to be things that no longer fit with our new patterns and lifestyles.

Universally Rio has been a large part of my life for the past 5 years but I too am following the flow of the Universe and for this reason my Universally Rio newsletter will now be incorporated into a blog and news page through my new website at www.sallyteixeira.com, where it will also be supported by a quarterly e-zine.

I am delighted to remain linked with the wonderful souls who have regularly contributed articles over the years and I am also deeply grateful for your many emails of appreciation and enjoyment of Universally Rio.
