Sound is a very powerful healing tool. Last week, I met up with my dear friends Courtney Ward and Paulus vd Merwe in the UK while they were in England doing Sound Journeys. They really do weave magic through their voices and indigenous instruments and I’ll be telling you all about my experiences of that Sound Journey next month. Courtney also shares her experiences over the last few months as we created our CD together and her account will give you great insight into how she brings her music into being.

Part 3 — Blood, Sweat and Tears
Another week has passed and I have now journeyed from Japan to Ireland. From one ancient culture to another. Japan with its reflexology roots connected through the feet with the present day Dublin as it welcomes Chris Stormer to present her reknowned Language of the Feet seminars. There’s no escaping the importance of our feet, which is why I’ll be joining Chris in Dublin. Humanity’s Team also carries a message of connection and unity and you too can help by just signing their petition to the UN to declare a Oneness Day.
