I have been channeling Hilarion since 2008, it is my honour to be chosen to be his spokesperson.

Hilarion normally channels through men. Hilarion has a lot to share he is very profound in his teachings and does not pussy foot around with his message. He gives insights to help us on earth. Previously lived as an Atlantian he is here to help us integrate new energies together with wisdom from the ancients.

Hilarion is the embodiment of Pure Unconditional love. He is the Chohan of the 5th Ray. The ray is the embodiment of truth, vision and prosperity. Focused vision in the concept of the perception of the 3rd eye. With more focused the vision, the higher the consciousness and perception will be. (Many who are bringing in new concepts and structures to the world have Hilarion’s help)

The 5th Ray is related to the 3rd eye Chakra and the ray colour is Emerald Green. Mother Mary and Archangel Raphael also serve on the 5th Ray. Hilarion is always ready to assist anyone in his or her voyage back to Oneness.

He is an Ascended Master not as well known as other Ascended masters. He sponsors teachers of truth, religious leaders, those practicing in the healing arts, science, music, together with those specialising in IT, and space technology. Anyone who is bringing in new concepts and structures, for the new world, Hilarion will assist.

He is the Hierarch of the ‘Brotherhood of Truth’ in the Etheric plane. He has his retreat in the Etheric octave above Crete in Greece; at his retreat he prepares us to receive the gift of healing. Hilarion helps to prepare souls to receive the Holy Spirit (the faminine aspect of the Holy Spirit is Sheikna)

Hilarion is a great healer. He believes it to be all encompassing, which includes the physical, the all-important emotional and mental bodies as well as the spiritual. I believe he was one of the first to understand the emotional consequences of life on planet earth.

He delights in sharing his wisdom and insights to help humanity in its endeavor to reach the goal of Oneness for all of humanity. He works with souls to help them attain mastery with the 5th Chakra (3rd eye) and the 5th Ray qualities.

Hilarion’s messages are full of thought provoking insights and touch the core of the subject in hand. He enjoys sharing his wisdom and is always open to questions from others. This enables him to also learn from us what is on our minds or troubling us. He has a fantastic sense of humor, and does not flower his words, he can be direct, giving straight answers to questions.

Hilarion lived in the time of Atlantis, and we also know he was known as the Apostle Paul and much of his life as Paul has been present in the bible and period writings.

Before his conversion, he was known as Saul (a great scholar), at the time of the persecution of the early Christians, and the stoning of Stephen. He had consented to the persecution act and received Karma as a consequence even though he received martyrdom at the conclusion of his life as the apostle Paul.

He reincarnated as St. Hilarion who died 371 AD. He lived this life as a hermit and healer, he also completed his mission (which began as St. Paul) and balanced his Karma of persecuting Christians as Saul. As St. Hilarion, he healed thousands of people and they followed him everywhere. At the end of this life he ascended.

The qualities of the 5th Ray

Alice Bailey called the qualities of the 5th Ray - the ray of ‘concrete science’

• The 5th ray colour is emerald Green.
• The Ray is composed of emerald, diamond, jade and quartz crystal and focus’s the light of the 5th Ray.
• The Emerald is the symbol of abundant life, and used to focus the all-seeing eye.
• Jade has a calming affect is a balm for everyone, especially helpful for Hyperactive (ADHD) children as its molecular structure harmonises and holds the green rays of peace.
• It is also the ray of precipitation and conveys the qualities we use to make things happen physically. Harmonies the inner spheres of sound and music bringing into creation.
• It is the key to the science of the spoken word, of which we can precipitate the divine plan, bringing it into wholeness, the physical and completion. (Creating manifestation through the energies of the 5th Ray.)
• To master the 5th Ray, one must first achieve balance in the power, wisdom and love of the first three Rays as well as the Divine Mothers white light on the 4th Ray.

When achieved it leads to the balance need to be an effective healer, teacher, spiritual leader, scientist or musician.

How do you feel about your feet? Do you love them and take care of them, or do you hide them away under socks and shoes and prefer not to ‘go there’? The emotions that arise when you think of your feet are actually very revealing about how you feel about yourself. We all know that in the popular holistic therapy of reflexology, the physical body is mapped out in miniature over the feet, but what is less accepted, is that your emotions, feelings, way of thinking, personality traits and spiritual well being are also reflected through your soles.

All you have to do is tune into the Language of the Feet and you will discover messages from the inner you, about you. From your soles to your soul, a doorway opens towards discovering your true self. A doorway to connecting with the Universe and to discovering the love that surrounds you and that is a part of you, but which we all commonly deny ourselves the joy of feeling.

So have a look at your feet now. Don’t think; just be open to feel the first impression that comes to you. Once you are aware of that emotion, look at the physical characteristics of your feet. Are they perhaps slim and narrow, puffy on the top or bony and angular? What colours do you see, what is their temperature, what form do the toes take and what is the condition of the nails? There is a message within everything that you see.

These messages are your soul’s way of communicating your inner emotional un-ease (that you might not even be aware of) but that is affecting your wellbeing on all levels. All physical dis-ease comes from an emotional root cause; it’s just that in the western world we are so focused on the physical and material that we forget that we are a spiritual being of energy... of light and love.

Disconnected from ourselves, we become unbalanced through the experiences life throws at us. We get caught up in the stresses of modern living, we start developing negative thought patterns, hold onto unhealthy relationships, we are fearful of consequences and we listen to our head rather than our heart. And before we know it, we are tied up in knots, our physical health is failing, we feel lost or trapped and even if we don’t realise it, we are unhappy.

All the while, your feet are reflecting this un-ease right back at you so that you can do something about it and help yourself. It’s time to listen to your feet and to open your heart to healing. Of course, true healing involves taking action, so whether it is through finding forgiveness for yourself and others, letting go of the past, making practical changes in your life or seeking medical assistance, you are the one that has to face and resolve the underlying issues and make that first step forward.

So here are a couple of pointers to get you started. Puffy feet are full of emotions that have yet to be shed, especially if it is the top of the feet as this represents what you have hidden away in the past and not resolved or released. Let go! Bunions show that you are putting everybody’s needs in front of your own, and this is leading you off track with your own life purpose. This doesn’t mean that you have to become selfish in your actions, just that you need to listen to your heart and find fulfilment for yourself too. Hard skin over the balls of the feet reflects barriers or protection from your feelings and keeping your heart closed to the outside world. Don’t be afraid to feel; open up!

Discovering yourself through your feet is a healing journey that will take you back to your true spiritual being. With this soul/sole reconnection comes the joy and peace of feeling and knowing love for yourself, for your life and the Universe. Love is at the heart of everything, so start loving your feet today!

Yes, this year is off to a flying start! I will be coming to Edinburgh at the end of March to share a 2-day workshop on Universal Reflexology and the Healing Journey. We are lucky enough to be in the beautiful surrounds of the Salisbury Centre and the lovely Yvonne Jevons is our organiser. Two full days dedicated to sharing and experiencing these deeply healing light touch techniques in reflexology. We already have an international group with ladies coming from Orkney and Norway so why not bring your special energy too and come and join us on the weekend of 27th & 28th March? Of course, if you fancy a slightly more tropical venue, why not come to Rio de Janeiro in April when I will be sharing a 2-day workshop on The Language of the Feet & Universal Reflexology... in Portuguese! Reflexology is one of the lesser known holistic therapies here, so it’s very exciting to bring the emotional/spiritual approach to healing through the feet to the therapists here. Again we will be in a beautiful venue of Copa Rampa in Copacabana.

And then in June I will be at the Falkirk School of Massage, run by Susie Mollison to share a 2-day workshop on The Language of the Feet & Universal Reflexology. A great chance to discover the Language of the Feet in more detail and then put it into practise in conjunction with learning the light touch techniques of Universal Reflexology.

So no sooner had I stepped into my Foot Whispering shoes, than the Universe had me taking these leaps across the equator to share the feet’s healing messages. I wonder what will happen for you today if you step into your own ‘shoes’... Go on, give it a try!

CAREER – Have you allowed yourself to carry too much ‘on your back’, to do too much, to manage too many projects? It is time to step back in order to move forward smoothly this time, one step at the time! Indispensible people are filling cemeteries. Do your work the best you can while allowing equilibrium in your life. Relax and enjoy your journey on this planet!

LOVE – This month, you are mastering an old repetitive challenge in regards to relationships. You are now able to observe that recurring pattern and today, you are capable to react differently by making other choices. Well done!

FAMILY – Finally!... you open your eyes and start seeing your Past as a precious jewel that shaped you. Look at all the challenges you solved and how strong you are today!

WEALTH – ‘Ask and you shall receive…’ Ask for something specific and see how fast the Universe presents it to you on one of its ‘golden platters’. Be reassured… YES, it is for you! Grasp those great opportunities with both hands!

YOU – ‘You are so beautiful!’ When did you remind yourself last? A little exercise for this month: at least once a week, go out in the garden, protect yourself (for ex. put a halo of white light all around you), then with your bare feet in the grass connect with the ‘Earth’ to re-charge your batteries; simultaneously open briefly your crown chakra and let the ‘Heaven’ energy go through your spine from the top of your head down to your feet. Close off this connection a few moments later, when you are ready. Wash your hands and face with clear water. Feel good.

HELP – A plethora of helpers are coming your way. Humans, angels, guides, God… all of them! They are definitely present around you in the next few weeks. So, what are you waiting for? They are here to help – so… DELEGATE!

CHILDREN – Become the child you forgot you could be! Look how a seed is growing – this seed can be an idea, your child, a new creation… Become passionate about it, this is what you were longing for: passion and excitement.

STUDY, OPENNESS – Interestingly enough, the key word ‘Fertility’ that was in January’s predictions and is back again in February! This month is very ‘fertile’ for those who were challenged with pregnancies in the past. For others, loads of ideas are crowding your head, write them down on your notepad and take action to see them ‘come to life’.

SELF CONFIDENCE – Feeling a bit lonely and grumpy at times? Go out in nature and e x e r c i s e to boost those happy hormones!
