Well, I think I have finally reached the eye of the storm, or perhaps I should say an oasis of calm in the crazy whirlwind that has been March! So many amazing things have happened and I have had a crash course lesson in not making plans, because at the most unexpected moments the Universe has created changes that at first appear unsettling, but which I am discovering are most definately for the better! Trust! Yes, trust! It almost feels as if the Universe is pushing us to the edge, just to see how far we will go in trusting and going with the rollercoaster flow. All I can say about this experience, is that when you do trust, there is no need for fear, and when there is no fear, nothing can 'hurt' you, so all is, and always will be well.

Now I would like to introduce the lovely group of souls who came to Edinburgh for my Universal Reflexology & the Healing Journey workshop. We had a very special weekend at the Salisbury centre and Yvonne Jevons (organizer extraordinaire), Christine, Jaqui, Fiona, Berit, Stephane, Shirley, Christine, Carol & Una had come from as far afield as Oslo, Orkney, Carlisle, Perth and of course Edinburgh! It was a brilliant group and we shared much, laughter, insights, tears and healing as we immersed ourselves in the powerful techniques of Universal Reflexology. I have already been reminded that it was me who was wishing to have seen all the snow of this winter, while I was sat sweating out the heatwaves of Rio's summer ... and look what we have now in Scotland... snow! What an incredible world we live in.
