With that first step onto the ice, I embarked upon a journey of love, joy, dedication and self discovery. I worked joyously towards my dream of becoming a professional ice dancer. When I skated, I felt free. As though I was flying as I span, danced and glided my way across the ice. Inspired by beautiful music, I realised I was finally free to express myself.
It was this absolute clarity of focus and love for what I was doing that fashioned my adult life as a healer and teacher.
My healing journey began many years ago when I experienced the wonders of reflexology as it helped my whole being recover from the shock of suddenly losing my father. I never forgot those sessions and in 2002, after some intense study, I finally became an accredited practitioner with the Association of Reflexologists in the UK.
Discovering that I was a natural healer opened up a whole new life and a multitude of roller coaster experiences with it. But I still felt there was something missing. It was only when I met and studied Rei-flexology with Chris Stormer, that I had my epiphany.
In 2005, I had an emotional, physical and spiritual awakening of such intensity that I thought I was never going to be ‘normal’ again. And thankfully I never have been. My soul is now free to soar, inspire and heal and I am greatly fulfilled as I help people from all walks of life discover their innate spirituality, hidden potential and true being.

Be not persuaded by others to follow the norm because you are here to break the mould, be brave my child and stand out from the crowd now. The crowd is waiting for a leader and you are ready to begin your true role.
Find freedom in your heart and in your mind as this will be the start of your journey. You are not alone my child there is a multitude of angels behind you and we are here to help you if only you ask. Be brave my child. Uplift, inspire and love. Creativity is yours for the taking. Use music, nature, the sun and the moon to take you wherever you need to go and be not afraid, you are never alone and will always be with us. There is no place for sadness, rejoice in your knowledge that you have found yourself and will soon come to fruition. Your earthy bodies are but a shell and you will shine though the physical matter more than you realize…stand out, stand tall and stand true… for there is much to live for and learn. Time is full of love and is limitless, release yourself from your boundaries and be free, now is the time to fly high and soar. Do not doubt yourself… do not doubt my words, you will feel the truth come through to your soul. I talk to you through my messenger and yet she still has many lessons to learn herself.
